Steps:
*First you need to read the passage.
*Decide what you think it is important to write it down.
*paraphrase in 1 or 2 sentences.
*Write the first draft.
*Then, look over both of them(between your summary and the original one)
for whatever adjustment.
*Finally revise your summary.
Hints:
- It doesn't include your opinion.
- You must say from where the article come from, and the author/s name/s.
- Only use author's last name.

Good job on this... One other thing to remember...
One really important part of summary writing is to keep it short and sweet. The summary should be just enough to cover the main points and not include too many details....
